Poskytnout studentům a posluchačům vysokých škol 4 průřezové dovednosti, které jsou považovány za klíčové pro trh práce v 21. století.

Zavést inovativní metodiku výuky s cílem více a lépe zapojit studenty.

Posílit postavení žen, které jsou méně zastoupeny v některých odvětvích, což v budoucnu přinese více perspektivních příležitostí.

The Future Work 4's Green Skills and Career & Social Skills courses have been presented at the Green Guidance webinar, organized by Euroguidance Bulgaria at the end of 2024. Gergana Andreeva from the Business Foundation for Education/Фондация на бизнеса за образованието shared useful resources and training materials with 40 career counselors, teachers and other professionals. The participants discussed the impact of climate change on jobs and industries, and on the transversal demand for green skills and climate awareness.
