To provide university students and learners with the 4 transversal skills which are identified as critical for the workforce in the 21st century.

To introduce innovative teaching methodology to engage students more and better.

To empower female learners who are less represented across the sectors, which will generate more advanced opportunities in the future.

Today, the Future Work 4's project has been awarded the Quality Label by the Bulgarian National Agency at a valorisation conference in Sofia. This recognition is a wonderful confirmation of the hard work, dedication, and strong commitment of all partners and participants in the project. Congratulations to our wonderful coordinator Tania, who was abroad today! Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" , Business Foundation for Education/Фондация на бизнеса за образованието, Link Campus University, Innovation Hive, Institut vzdělávání a poradenství ČZU v Praze.The team from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" led the partnership with a gentle and competent hand and was responsible for the development of the Digital Skills course. The Business Foundation for Education/Фондация на бизнеса за образованието was the passionate engine behind the project idea and tireless dissemination, author of the Social & Career Skills course. The Czech University of Life Sciences Prague / Institut vzdělávání a poradenství ČZU v Praze developed the methodology for our MOOC and the Green Skills course, acclaimed by students for its game elements. The Innovation Hive in Greece created the Entrepreneurship Skills course and led the development of the interactive exercises, part of our courses. And Link Campus University Università degli Studi Link in Italy -the technical heart of the project, who integrated all developed courses into the beautiful gamified platform and website of the project. We would like to express our enormous gratitude to everyone who became a part of this exciting journey! To all more than 720 students who enrolled in our platform, turning it into a huge success! To all the experts, who contributed with their feedback and recommendations to make the courses better! To all more than 20 associated partners and organizations, who helped us reach more than 120,000 individuals!
